We follow a methodical design-build process, which makes the renovation process more enjoyable for our clients.
Our project management is divided three distinct phases:

The Process
Discovery Call
A phone conversation is a great way to learn about each other. We discuss your needs, our processes and fees and anything else you need.
Initial Consultation
We will meet in person to have a more in-depth conversation making sure to get all details listed to make your project exceeds your expectations. We want to know how you’d like to feel and function in the space, and what kinds of results you’d like to see from our work together.
Project Proposal/ Design Agreement
On-boarding/ Conceptual Design
This is where our greatest value lies. It’s where we take in all of your input and desires, consider the location and architecture of your home, and the needs of your family. During this phase, we will confirm the design direction, layout, and budget of the project.
Design Phase
We finalize all measurements, meet for a “Trade Day,” create custom pieces as necessary and lots of sourcing takes place during this step of the project. We will meet to share the design concept boards, samples, and drawings for your final approval. We will also need the deposit for furnishings before orders are placed.
Implementation
All purchasing and execution goes through us. Once proposals are signed and payment is received, orders are placed and a timeline is set in motion. We have active involvement with you, including weekly updates, and communicate with vendors and contractors on the specific details that make the design uniquely yours. If your project includes a renovation, this is when the construction begins.
Installation/ Reveal
We coordinate and oversee deliveries and installations. Our team will be on site for the installations to ensure that the quality and installation are as intended. A final walk through is a must for joyful closure. The photography team will be on site within this timeframe, as well.

Interior Design Consultation
For an hour together on site, we will discuss your needs and vision for your spaces. We collaborate as we discuss the process and alignment for next steps in your design. Following the site visit, we will send notes from the visit and the scope of work needed. An outline of our process, our design fee and timeline will be included. $450
Furnishing Plan
Let’s make your house a home! This approach to interior design allows us to move at a pace that is best for you. Existing areas are evaluated and options for furnishing are presented and executed to completion. We handle the planning, procurement and installations to reflect your style without the stress. Design Fees Starting at $2,500 per space.
Custom Renovations
Custom Renovations begin with the end in mind. We work with licensed contractors and skilled craftsmen to create beautiful and functional spaces from design to completion. Based upon the existing structure, we work to merge the spaces seamlessly so they serve you well.We handle the planning, procurement and installations to reflect your style without the overwhelm. Design Fees Starting at $2,500 per space.

New Construction projects are a dream come true…literally.
Working with with your architect and builder to design the home you’ve been dreaming of, we plan, manage and execute the details throughout completion. Our wholistic approach offers the most comprehensive and customized approach to matching your surroundings with the way you live and with what you love.
We offer space planning, construction selections, site visits with the build team, furnishing procurement and installation, exterior design and landscaping.
We handle the details that allow you to easily move into your new home. Design Fees Starting at $20,000.
